Terms and Conditions
All open play sessions start on time, which is why it is crucial to check-in early. If you show up late, you will miss the safety briefing, forfeit the chance to play and loose your ticket.
Online ticket sales are non-refundable. You may request to have your online purchase reimbursed via an Urban Battlefield gift card.
In order to play at Urban Battlefield you must be 10 years of age or older.
Safety is the number one priority of our Field Marshals and Game Managers. You are required to follow all of the arena rules. Failure to do so may result in removal from the arena.
Is your group looking to play during an Open Play Session?
If you are purchasing open play tickets as part of a group we recommend that one group member reserves tickets for everyone in their group. By doing this you will make sure that all members of your group will have a ticket and be able to play. If you have over 20 group members you will be able to purchase our large group open play tickets, which will give you a discounted price on tickets.
